满改军用匕首-Fully Modded Combat Knife

没用的小玩意儿-满改军用匕首来了

不久之前我在视频平台看到有人脑洞大开，在游戏中制作了带有消音器和瞄准镜的军用匕首，现在我用3d打印在现实中实现了这个创意，虽然这玩意儿根本没有任何杀伤力！

我对刀刃进行了加厚处理来避免危险，并为其准备了一个很夸张的大型瞄准镜，一个可以锁定和旋转的两脚架，一个长长的消音器，一个简单的后部展示支撑架。当然，还有上下两个通用的导轨，方便你替换安装你手里有的各种握把和瞄具，这样每个人都可以DIY自己的“满改军用匕首”。

对于匕首的刀刃和护手部分，我提供了一体打印（更加方便）和分体（可以增加不同颜色）两个方式，你们可以自由选择，如果使用分体版本，你需要先把刀刃和护手使用合适的胶水粘接后再植入热熔螺母。

你需要准备的材料：

M3X12（外径4）对锁螺丝4组（可以使用M4普通螺丝和螺母替代）

M4X100内六角长螺丝一个（平头宽度7.1mm）+M4X5X5热熔螺母一个

7X0.6X15弹簧一个

比较长的H3六角扳手或者批头

适合3d打印件的胶水（可选）

各部分组装所需零件和提示：

两脚架：弹簧+M3X12对锁螺丝一组。将弹簧放入转轴的孔内，将连接件和两脚架的方孔对齐，将转轴塞入方孔，最终的效果是按下转轴解锁，此时可以调整两脚架角度（只能旋转90度），在合适位置松开转轴锁定。

消音器：M3X12对锁螺丝一组，母螺丝安装时可能需要用力按压

瞄具（镜身与连接件通过燕尾榫连接）：M3X12对锁螺丝两组

主体匕首：1）在护手（与刀刃一体打印或者已经与刀刃粘接）上植入热熔螺母。2）从握柄尾部把M4X100长螺丝拧入，直到看见螺丝从握柄另一端钻出，然后将握柄拧入护手上的热熔螺母中，用六角扳手拧紧整体，如果不喜欢握柄可能发生的旋转，可以在握柄和护手的接缝处适量添加胶水。

Not long ago, I came across a video where someone had the crazy idea of putting a suppressor and a scope on a combat knife in a game. So naturally, I decided to bring that ridiculous idea into the real world with 3D printing — even though this thing has absolutely no practical lethality!

I made the blade thicker to reduce the risk of injury, and equipped it with an absurdly oversized scope, a bipod that can be rotated and locked in position, a ridiculously long suppressor, and a simple rear display stand.

Of course, there are also universal accessory rails on both the top and bottom, so you can swap in different grips, sights, or other accessories you already have. That way, everyone can build their own version of a **“Fully Modded Combat Knife.”**

For the blade and guard, I provide two printing options:

* **One-piece version:** easier and more convenient to print and assemble.

* **Separate-parts version:** allows you to print the blade and guard in different colors.

If you use the separate-parts version, glue the blade and guard together with a suitable adhesive before installing the heat-set insert.

### Hardware You’ll Need

* 4 × M3×12 male/female binding screw sets

 *(M4 standard screws and nuts can also be used instead.)*

* 1 × M4×100 socket-head screw

 *(head diameter: 7.1 mm)*

* 1 × M4×5×5 heat-set threaded insert

* 1 × 7×0.6×15 spring

* A long H3 / 3 mm hex key or hex bit

* Adhesive suitable for 3D-printed parts *(optional)*

### Assembly Parts & Tips

**Bipod**

Requires:

* 1 × spring

* 1 × M3×12 binding screw set

Place the spring into the hole in the pivot shaft. Align the square hole of the connector with the square hole in the bipod, then insert the pivot shaft.

When assembled correctly, pressing the pivot shaft unlocks the bipod and allows you to adjust its angle. The bipod has a **90° rotation range**. Release the pivot shaft at the desired position to lock it in place.

**Suppressor**

Requires:

* 1 × M3×12 binding screw set

You may need to press firmly on the female half of the binding screw while installing it.

**Scope**

The scope body and its mounting bracket are connected with a dovetail joint.

Requires:

* 2 × M3×12 binding screw sets

### Main Knife Assembly

1. Install the heat-set threaded insert into the guard. This applies whether you are using the one-piece blade/guard version or the separate version that has already been glued together.

2. Insert the M4×100 long screw through the rear of the handle and tighten it until the screw begins to protrude from the opposite end of the handle.

3. Screw the handle assembly into the heat-set insert installed in the guard.

4. Use a hex key to tighten the entire assembly securely.

If you want to prevent the handle from rotating during handling or display, you can apply a small amount of suitable adhesive around the joint between the handle and the guard.
