竹编足球｜非遗竹韵·热成型=曲面竹编-总重不到100g，单色用料平均不到20g
核心原理：单片六边形零件加热软化定型，卡扣拼接。
作品融合传统竹编纹理美学与热成型工艺，复刻东方竹艺的细腻编织肌理，打破常规足球模型的单调质感。
整体采用经典足球多面体几何结构，全部零件为平面片状打印，依靠热定型塑形工艺，将平直打印件温塑弯曲，自然贴合球形曲面，无需复杂曲面打印，大幅降低制作难度,并且非常的节省材料，总重不到100g，5种颜色平均单色用料不到20g，因为热成形的原因还提高了结构强度
仿真手工竹编交错纹路，纹理通透、层次细腻，完美还原传统竹编器物的温润肌理与镂空韵律。装配采用卡扣式模块化拼接，
将古老竹编非遗技艺，通过3D智造重新演绎，让传统民俗美学与现代几何设计碰撞融合，既是趣味满满的DIY拼装科教模型，也是极具国风高级感的桌面艺术摆件。
安装步骤
1. 准备全部打印零件，打印编织面片、连接卡扣、定型模具、底座支架。（编织面片需要打印4份）
2.热风枪/吹风机加热塑形（80度热水也行）
把编织六边形面片放入配套六角定型框内，盖好上盖。，吹风机热风均匀吹拂面片，PLA受热变软，贴合模具曲面定型；静置冷却固化，取出定型好的弧形面片。
3. 卡扣拼接单组模块
取两片定型六边形和五边形面片，对齐侧边卡槽，插入橙色卡扣锁紧，拼接相邻面片。
6. 闭合完整球体
继续拼接剩余面片，完成整个球形外壳，检查所有卡扣全部卡紧，确认球体造型圆润稳固。（只有最后一片需要用502粘）
