Description

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST BEFORE PRINTING!

This was Designed for machines that don't have an ACE Pro.

Here's a Four spool holder I designed for the KOBRA 3 v1 & v2. Along with the X axis PTFE holder with pneumatic connectors. I recommend printing the towers upright instead of on its side. when the towers are printed on its side will alter the holes a bit. That's not to say you can't print them on its side. When printing make sure to adjust the X-Y hole compensation. Mine was set at 0.05mm but every machine will vary. I have provided a measuring tool to calibrate your machine. Use a Vernier Caliper to measure the hole in the tool. Adjust accordingly.

PRINT THE TOOL FIRST TO SAVE YOU HEADACHE!!!!!

I printed the lower towers first. Then the Middle towers, upper towers, the support bars and finally the rollers and bearing pins.

The pins are directional the wider side goes into the bearings.

Note: the left side rollers and pins are longer

The Towers and parts were printed using PLA.

The PTFE holder Is printed with PETG. Again, use X-Y hole compensation when printing.

And as always slower speeds produce better prints but that's at your discretion.
