Cable Management Bushing - Fits 10mm Hole

A simple, functional grommet designed to finish rough 10mm holes in walls, desks, or furniture. This print protects your cables from sharp edges and provides a clean, professional look to your cable management.

It is designed with a 10mm Outer Diameter to fit standard drill holes, and a maximized 9mm Inner Diameter to allow thicker cables (like USB, Ethernet, or Power) to pass through easily.

Dimensions:

• Hole Fit (OD): 10mm
• Cable Clearance (ID): 9mm
• Lip/Flange: Covers the rough edge of the hole to prevent the insert from falling through.

Print Settings:

• Material: PLA, PETG, or TPU (TPU recommended for a snug friction fit).
• Layer Height: 0.2mm or finer for a smooth finish.
• Infill: 100% (It’s a small part, so solid is best).
• Supports: No (Print with the flat face/rim down on the build plate).
• Brim: Not usually required unless your bed adhesion is poor.

Installation & Tolerances: Designed for a friction fit. If your printer creates slightly oversized parts (elephant's foot) or if the fit is too tight, try scaling the model to 99% or 98% in your slicer. If it is too loose, a drop of superglue or a wrap of electrical tape will hold it in place.
