Candy Cane Pen - G2 Refill

I designed and prototyped this candy cane-style pen from scratch—perfect for gifts or everyday use! The pen consists of three parts:

1. Chassis
2. Cap (tight-fitting, so you may need to twist it to loosen it and pop it off)
3. Cane (unscrews to replace refills; compatible with Pilot G2 refills)

Printing Notes:

• Cane: Print with the threaded end facing down and use tree supports for the best quality.
• Chassis: Print upright with the threaded part facing down; no supports needed.
• Cap: Print on the flat end to avoid using supports.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Print all parts according to the notes above.
2. Insert the Pilot G2 refill into the chassis.
3. Screw the cane part onto the chassis to secure the refill, or push the refill in until it locks into place.

Replacing the Refill:

1. Unscrew the cane part.
2. Push the pen tip against a flat surface to pop the refill out.
3. Use something thin, like a toothpick, to push the refill through the tip.
