Perfect for Halloween, costume parties, photoshoots, festivals and alternative fashion.
Sizing reference:
- Head width: 14 cm
This is my personal head measurement for reference; fit may vary depending on your facial proportions and the specific design.
Adjusting the Fit with Heat:
If you need to adapt the mask to your face shape, you can carefully reshape the plastic using a hairdryer:
- Set the hairdryer to high heat and low airflow.
- Hold it approximately 2–3 cm from the plastic for around 30 seconds, checking its flexibility as you go.
- Once the plastic becomes bendy but is not melting, carefully reshape it.
- Hold the new shape until it cools and hardens.
Heat warning: Heated plastic can cause burns. Never touch hot areas directly or put on a warm mask. Avoid overheating, work in a well-ventilated area, and check your filament's heat resistance before reshaping.
Repairing Broken Parts:
If a part breaks during support removal, it may be possible to reattach it using one of these methods:
3D pen: Use a 3D printing pen loaded with the same type of filament and colour to weld the broken pieces together.
Filament welding: Carefully soften the broken ends of the broken parts with the hot end of the 3D pen and press them together until they bond, then allow them to cool completely.
Safety warning: Avoid using a lighter or torch directly on the printed model, as this can cause uncontrolled melting, burns or fire. A 3D pen using compatible filament offers more controlled repairs. Always work in a well-ventilated area and allow the repaired part to cool fully before handling.
