Description
The 3D printing profile used is designed for high printing speed and allows for the rapid production of the component. Higher travel speeds and accelerations are employed, which significantly reduces the manufacturing time. However, such fast profiles always represent a compromise between time and quality. Despite the increased speed, this profile ensures that the surface quality remains sufficiently good. The surface of the printed part is overall relatively clean, but the typical layer lines of the FDM process are visibly noticeable. These arise from the layer-by-layer application of the material and lead to a slightly ribbed texture.
