for this idler, it used a new idler pulley and used a extra M3 20mm bolt

sized for the idler is also included in the cad

what to print

• 2 inserts for the idler pulley
• a idler housing. including 2 versions, make sure you print the right part
• if you have a brass heated insert with 5mm height, it would be good to use it for extra strength
• if not, you can thread your bolt into the part

import the step file to your slicer and split them to objects. make sure to pic the right part to print

no supports are needed
