A filament swatch card that does more than show colour. Print one per spool and you get a colour sample, a translucency check and a quick tolerance test on the same card.

FEATURES

• 6 thickness steps: 0.2 / 0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 mm - see how the colour and translucency change with wall thickness before you commit a spool to a part
• - Hole tolerance row: 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 mm through-holes - check how much your printer shrinks holes with this filament (test with drill bits or M2-M5 screws)
• - Recessed write-on label area (0.4 mm deep) for brand, colour, nozzle and bed temperature - use a paint marker or label-maker tape
• - Engraved step and hole sizes, engraved PLA marker
• - Keyring hole: string them all on a ring or hang them on a board

80 x 32 x 2.4 mm, about 6 g of filament.

SUGGESTED SETTINGS

Print flat, no supports. 0.2 mm layer height (so every step lands on a whole layer), 100% infill or 3 walls, first layer 0.2 mm. Swap the filament and print one per spool.
