- Body (black): smooth, flat face slot with 0.25 mm tolerance for a perfect fit
- Mask (white): flat back, prints lying down with no supports
- 3MF file ready for Bambu Studio, with both parts on the plate
📏 Size: about 68 × 56 × 104 mm (W × D × H)
🖨️ Print settings
- Material: PLA
- Layer height: 0.2 mm (0.12 mm for extra detail)
- Infill: 15%
- Body: tree supports, only under the hand and hood
- Mask: no supports, face up
🔧 Assembly
- Test-fit the mask first. If it’s tight, lightly sand the edge.
- Add a drop of glue (CA or contact glue) to the bottom of the slot.
- Press the mask in and hold for a few seconds. Done!
💡 Tip: the black body shows through the eyes, nose and mouth, so you get the classic Ghostface look with zero painting.
