Halogen lamp ceiling enclosure.

Hello Everyone, today i want to share with you my project of halogen lamp ceiling enclosure.

My goal was to create enclosure and install halogen lamps with all electrical stuff with max 8cm height.

Designed also ventilation holes to keep some airflow.

Metal halogen fixture mounting hole standard 88,5mm diameter. Also before put everything together please deinstall standard springs. I've used 2 factor epoxy glue to glue them.

Mounted already 8 lamps and the are working fine :).

Print parameters:

-tested with Sunlu, Spectrum, Rosa 3D PETG. I advise to use at least PETG because of heat from bulb.

-infill 15%

-three walls

-i advise to use little supports for top bracket(example screenshot attached).
