Kobra 3 X Axis Belt Tension Pully w/ M4 Nut Mod. & Original Replica

Ugh... I was anticipating needing this. Modified belt tension pulley for the X-Axis. Uses M4 Nut in place of brass insert. If you want to use Brass Inserts, I have also included the original. 

I cannot believe how easily the brass inserts have given out on both belts on K3. Got it mid-March. Each belt has been loosened/tightened every month 1/2ish for maintenance/cleaning etc... That's maybe say 5/6 times for each belt. 

I suggest take 5 minutes and take the covers/housing of each of your belts. Check to see if find any little flakes of brass from the insert threads.

Suggest printing at 100% infill. Supports are optional, just to keep pinhole round as possible. Re-use Pin and Wheel. If you have to use longer screw, don't hit the belt when tightened.
