While organizing my printing workspace, I realized how inconvenient it is to manage multiple build plates when you don’t have enough surface space available. Working in a compact setup pushed me to find a practical and efficient solution, leading me to design this wall-mounted build plate holder. The model was designed using Fusion 360, allowing for precise measurements and a clean, functional structure.
Looking ahead to expanding my printing area, I made sure the design is compatible with multiple printers, including:
• KOBRA X
• KOBRA S1
• KOBRA 3
Compatible with all plate types:
The design takes inspiration from the functionality and visual identity of the Anycubic brand, combining a clean look with everyday practicality.
The result is a sturdy and space-saving holder that can store up to 6 build plates , keeping them organized and easily accessible while freeing up valuable desk space.
It has been specifically designed to accommodate build plates from different printers and sizes. Each slot provides enough spacing to safely hold the plates without them touching each other, preventing scratches when mixing plates from different printers.
It can be securely mounted to the wall using just two screws, making installation quick and straightforward.
A simple upgrade that helps keep your workspace cleaner, more organized, and ready for future expansion.
