Kobra S1 Exo-Skeleton Print Head
A custom print head cover I designed for the Kobra S1 features an exoskeleton style on the front and sides of the print head while still maintaining all factory brackets. Simply remove the old print head, being careful of the thin fan wire not to tug or rip it from the print head. Once unplugged (gently grasp the white fan connector and pull, NOT THE WIRES), you can place both print heads side by side and swap the fan and fan duct from the factory to your new exoskeleton print head cover.
Included is a .3mf file that works for my S1. I have made zero changes to the Z offset. This is printed in PETG and so far has given me no issues. Please ensure the build plate is clean as the first layer; there are many small pieces that won't connect until further layers.
Please let me know of any issues and I will try to fix them as fast as possible. I will start working on the back cover as soon as I see no issues with this cover.
