Custom-engineered, functional adapter designed specifically for the Anycubic Kobra X to seamlessly connect 4mm OD PTFE guide tubes directly to the stock spool holder mounts (the top "horns" of the frame).
This setup allows you to route filament coming from DIY Dryboxes or multi-material stations (like the Anycubic Ace Pro 2) directly into the printer's ecosystem.
### 🧠 Why this design? (Smart Advantages)
- **Zero Interference:** By leveraging the factory-designed spool holder mounts, you don't have to worry about third-party external mounts crashing into the toolhead or obstructing its vertical travel.
- **Perfect Filament Path:** It utilizes the stock layout calculated by Anycubic, preventing sharp bends or excessive friction in the PTFE tubes between the top frame and the extruder.
- **Material Saver:** No need to waste hundreds of grams of filament printing bulky, unstable external brackets. These minimal adapters clip right into the existing frame structures.
### 🛠️ Printing & Slicing Settings:
- **Material:** PETG is highly recommended for optimal strength and flexibility during installation. Standard PLA works great too.
- **Resolution:** 0.16mm layer height (High Quality) is recommended to ensure tight, precise tolerances on the internal PTFE holes.
- **Nozzle:** Optimized for standard 0.4mm nozzle profiles.
- **Supports:** ABSOLUTELY NO supports needed. Place the model flat on its widest base.
- **Infill:** 25% (Rectilinear, Grid, or Gyroid).
### ⚠️ Installation Note:
Please snap the adapters onto the stock spool holder frame gently and slowly. Applying progressive pressure ensures a perfect fit without risking structural fractures on the outer shell of the 3D printed part.
