I printed it in PLA, and the mouse works great on it. Approximate size is 8x8" (platform), and the cup portion is approx 3.25". I added a thin elastic to the cup portion where it meets the platform to snug it up a bit to keep it from turning in the cup holder easily, but allows for easy removal (vs a snug fit right off the printer. The cup portion is offset to the back of the platform slightly, so that the platform sits a little more forward on the chair arm. Printed using .6 nozzle for speed, but no reason why a .4 wont work - maybe up the walls from 2 to 3. Infill is at 15%.
