Description
I had a plastic toy that was missing some oversized, custom screws to attach two of the parts together. I struggled to get the pitch of these threads correct - they were not a standard design but something moulded and unique. With the help of AI, I was able to create the screws by printing these very simple pitch / thread guides. This allows you to run the guides against the threaded section and check which one matches what you have, then you can add that into your CAD software to match the design of the thread you have. These guides are provided between 5.0mm and 6.8mm pitch length, in jumps of 0.2mm. I hope these are useful to you!
