This model has been specially designed for laser engravers (perfectly tailored for the SCULPFUN V5 UVseries equipped with a grid-holed workspace), allowing you to place and engrave aluminum cards in the exact same spot every time, completely eliminating alignment errors.

Thanks to the integrated side slots, the jig perfectly aligns and secures to the working bed using the thumb screws provided with your laser. Once locked into place, you can simply slide your blank cards into the designated slots to run precise, fast, and perfectly repeatable batch engravings.

The model is structured to be easily printed without complications and without the use of any support material:

• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Perimeters / Wall Loops: 3 (ensures excellent structural strength around the mounting slots)
• Infill: 15%
• Supports: NO (Designed to print 100% support-free)
