This Mini Whistle – Extremely Loud (115dB) – 1.5g Edition is a slightly larger, sturdier version of the original mini whistle, still small enough to disappear on a keyring. Weighing in at 1.5 grams, it prints quickly and comes off the bed fully functional — no assembly needed — while delivering a genuinely deafening 115 dB, tested with a sound level meter (see test video/screenshot).

Printing tips:

• Print in the same orientation shown in the photos (whistle lying flat, keyring loop up) for the cleanest print-in-place result with no supports.
• Use a 0.12mm or 0.16mm layer height for the cleanest surface finish and best acoustic performance — finer layers help the internal air channel form cleanly for a stronger, more consistent tone.
• PLA works well; a slightly stiffer filament may hold tone quality longer with heavy use.

A slightly beefed-up version of the mini whistle — still pocket-sized, still extremely loud, with a bit more heft for everyday durability.
