Mobile Crane Business Card Display (Moving Parts!)

This is an adjustable model mobile crane business card holder. Clip cards to the lifting hook, rest them on the boom arm cab or outriggers, or store them in the rear storage slot.

Fits all standard business card sizes, max dimensions 100mm x 56mm (3.93" x 2.28") for the internal card storage.

Features include:

• Boom arm that extends and pivots
• Boom arm angle adjustable “hydraulics” 
• Print-in-place rotating wheels
• Swinging lift hook card clip (removable, swappable)
• Adjustable and removable outrigger supports
• Additional card and part storage in rear

Printed with:

• Standard PLA (using an Ender 3 V2 Neo)
• 0.4 mm nozzle
• 0.2 mm layer height
• Supports and build plate adhesion as noted in instructions

Notes:

• Designed from scratch using Fusion 360
• Some parts are print-in-place, and almost no parts require supports
• Build plate squish (wider bottom edges) may need to be trimmed to fit some tolerances
• Small parts with 0.2 mm clearances (ex. boom arm pivot has a tight 0.2 mm clearance). An x-acto knife may be your best friend for some parts, additional notes in detailed instructions
• Components can be printed mirrored if you'd like the storage slots on the other side
