What we use to make it! 🖨️
Our magic machine: Anycubic Kobra S1 (with a 0.4 nozzle - that's the tiny hole the melty plastic comes out of!)
Our plate: Cool Plate (that's where we put our print so it sticks!)
Our plastic: Anycubic PLA in PINK 🩷
(Psssst! The settings pictures show "Golden" in the file name - that's just what the shape file was called. We printed ours in pretty PINK for TELLEY!)
How we set it up - Easy Peasy Steps! 🐣
📏 How tall are the layers? (Quality Tab)
- Each layer is 0.2mm tall - that's SUPER tiny, like an ant's toenail!
- The first layer is 0.2mm too so it sticks nice and flat
- The seam goes in the same spot every time - called Aligned
💪 How strong is it? (Strength Tab)
- Wall loops: 2 - like two hugs around the outside!
- Top layers: 4 - nice and smooth on top!
- Bottom layers: 3
- Infill (the stuff inside): 20% - not too squishy, not too solid!
🌳 Helpers that hold it up! (Support Tab)
- We turn supports ON ✅
- We use Tree supports - they look like little trees holding up our print! 🌲
- Angle: 30 degrees
🏰 The Prime Tower (Multimaterial Tab)
- We turn this ON ✅
- Width: 20mm
- This is like a warm-up spot for our printer before it gets to the good part!
🎀 The Skirt & Brim (Others Tab)
- Skirt: 1 loop, 1 layer tall - like a little fence around our print!
- Brim: 6mm wide outer brim - like a hat brim that helps it STICK to the plate and not wobble!
