Power tower, expandable, semi-modular 动力塔 可扩展 半模块化

A scalable, semi-modular toy designed to demonstrate gear transmission.

Assembled size: approximately 250*100*100mm

The current kit includes 13 types of power transmissions. 

Except for Layer A at the base, Layers B and C each have 4 types: 

- Layer A has equal-ratio spur gears, 1:2, and 2:1 spur gears 

- Layer B includes Scotch yoke mechanisms and variants, as well as piston-like connecting rods 

- Layer C features Geneva mechanisms, incomplete gears, and ratchet gears 

- The top layer is a planetary gear set 

- Connections and power transfer in each layer are standardized and can be continuously expanded.

Non-3D-printed parts include 3 608 bearings and 2 M2.5*10 screws.

The internal power transmission is the same for each layer, only shown here once; the 4 sides are identical.

Inside the frame and some components, you’ll see markings like A1, A2, etc., for reference.

The longer 'horizontal axis' of layer A is different from BC, just a heads-up. The shorter one is the same.
