3D Printing Optimization

I modified the printing parameters to make the model printable on Anycubic 3D printers. I also adjusted several settings to reduce printing time while maintaining good print quality and preserving the whistle's design and details.

These adjustments aim to provide a better balance between printing speed, quality, and efficiency, making the model easier and faster to print on Anycubic machines.
