Protective Caps for Pliers

Design Concepts

Protective caps designed for the two types of cutters shown in the photos – KNIPEX 75 02 125 and GARANT 725390/110. The caps protect the cutting area from damage and help prevent the sharp jaws from coming into contact with surrounding objects during storage or transportation. The caps are designed as simple slip-on parts that can be easily removed and reused.

Functionality

They are fitted directly over the jaws of the cutters to protect the working area. They are especially useful for safer storage in a workshop, toolbox, or during transportation.

Printing Tips

Use PLA or PETG with 100% infill. Post-processing is not required.

The model is designed to be printed directly without any additional modifications.

Assembly Instructions

No assembly or additional parts are required after printing. Simply fit the appropriate protective cap over the jaws of the cutters.
