- Base-thickness threshold: 0.48 mm (you may use a coarser layer height for regions beneath this)

- Max allowable thickness: 2.24 mm

Filament palette (4 PLA)

- PolyLite Black #080a0d — transmission distance 0.3

- BambuLab Basic Blue Gray #4c5f71 — transmission distance 3

- PolyLite Grey #8c9099 — transmission distance 1

- PolyLite White #e2dedb — transmission distance 5

Color swap plan

Start with Black.

- Layer 8 (0.72 mm): change to Blue Gray.

- Layer 13 (1.12 mm): switch to Grey.

- Layer 20 (~1.68 mm): swap to White and run to completion.

Compatible with any printer that supports manual or assisted filament changes; process is straightforward and repeatable.
