Sometimes I receive inquiries for an outdoor enclosure for the RAKwireless WisTrio RAK5010 cellular location tracker.
A RAKwireless Unify Enclosure 100 x 75 x 38 mm with or without solar panel is sufficient to carry the RAK5010 and a battery, but there is no matching mounting plate.
This mounting plate helps to mount a RAK5010 cellular tracker inside the Unify Enclosure 100 x 75 x 38 mm. It still gives space for a 3200 mAh battery.
As it is used outdoors where it can be exposed to high temperatures, it is suggested to print the mounting plate in ABS and the USB lid in TPU.
The main print profile is set to use PLA, but it might no last long when used in high temperature environments.
To get access to the USB port of the RAK5010, a drill helper and an USB lid is included in the print model.
The drill helper fits on the short side of the enclosure:
The center point for the hole can be marked with a pencil:

For the USB hole, a lid for a 12mm diameter hole is in the print files. It is printed in PLA, like the mounting plate, but I suggest to scale it to 102% and print it with TPU to make sure it is really sealing the hole.
