Reinforced replacement retaining ring for a sausage/foil pack caulking gun.

This part replaces the front locking/retaining ring that holds the nozzle and sausage pack in place. The design is slightly reinforced compared to the original while keeping the outer dimensions compact.

- Thread: two-start trapezoidal thread, approx. Tr60×12(P6)

- Total height: 30 mm

- Main body outer diameter: 68 mm

- Grip outer diameter: 70 mm

- Nozzle opening: 38.5 mm

Recommended print settings:

- Material: PETG

- Walls/perimeters: 6–8

- Infill: 60–100 %

- Layer height: 0.2 mm

- Supports: not required

- Print temperature: use the upper PETG range for strong layer adhesion.

PLA is not recommended for long-term functional use. PETG is preferred because of its toughness and good layer adhesion.
