This custom storage box is designed specifically to safely transport and store a spare ACE GEN 2 printhead (the integrated multi-color toolhead used on the Anycubic Kobra X).

The box features a tough, military-style rugged design with reinforced walls, secure latches, and a custom internal cradle that holds the printhead firmly in place while protecting the delicate components. Perfect for keeping a backup printhead dust-free, organized, and ready for quick swaps.

Hardware Required:

• 6× M3×40mm screws (for latch and hinge assembly)

• Walls: 2
• Infill: 10% Adaptive Cubic
• Material: Standard PLA (brown shown)

Remixed from the excellent parametric rugged storage box by the original designer on Printables. I customized the internal geometry to perfectly fit the ACE GEN 2 printhead.

Recommended Print Tips:

• Print with at least 2-3 walls for durability
• Use adaptive or gyroid infill for a good strength-to-weight ratio
• The lid is hinged and includes a locking latch mechanism
