Mounting on 4020 Aluminum Frame

Design Features:

• Sensor Mount: Clamp or bracket to securely hold the cylindrical sensor.
• Frame Attachment: T-slot compatible base for M5 bolts and T-nuts (fits 40x20 aluminum extrusion).
• Cable Routing: Channels or clips to manage RS485 cable neatly.
• Weather Protection (optional): Add a small hood if used outdoors.

Material: PETG or ASA recommended for durability and weather resistance, PLA if you dont care to replace.

Assembly:

1. Attach holder to 4020 frame with M4 bolts and T-nuts.
2. Insert and secure the sensor.
3. Route the cable through integrated paths.
