Simple All Printable Small Pet Exercise Loop

We have a new kitten named Bramble, he is young, dumb and full of energy, much to the annoyance of the other two cats. We have a catio but he is a friendly fellow and likes laps & pats and being warm inside so I wondered about making him a running loop.

There are a couple of printable versions out there but I fancied trying to make it as simple a build as possible with all printed parts.

The loop is 600mm wide so good for a kitten, small cat and maybe, a Chihuahua :)

You might want to glue the loop to add an extra layer of strength and you could grease the axles if you wanted to but its not required. I am considering coating the inside with that non-slip step tape to give it better grip. Regarding that, I added a grooved version of the loop called Loop_Grv.stl

I printed with a 5% rectilinear infill in basic pla, you could probably get away with a .28 layer height but the parts with screw threads I did at .20 to preserve the thread detail.
