🎄 THE GRINCH – Hueforge Filament Painting no ace pro / ams

This project, created with Hueforge, is a filament painting dedicated to everyone who hates Christmas… just like the Grinch. I wanted to create an elegant yet easy-to-print design, suitable even for those who don't have a multicolor system like AMS or ACE Pro.

No automatic color mixing is required: simply set manual pauses at the indicated layers, directly from the slicer.

⚙️ Recommended settings:

• Layer height: 0.08 mm

• Base layer: 0.16 mm

• Infill: 100% (Rectilinear)

• Wall loops: 1

• Model dimensions: 200 × 150 mm

• Maximum thickness allowed: 2.24 mm (effective 2.23267 mm)

• Brim: optional but recommended for improved adhesion

💡 It is possible to print with higher layers, as long as they remain below the base thickness of 0.48 mm.

🎨 PLA Used and Instruction for Swap/Pause:

• Start with Black

• At layer #7 (0.64mm) swap to White

• At layer #16 (1.36mm) swap to Black

• At layer #18 (1.52mm) swap to Red

• At layer #22 (1.84mm) swap to Yellow for the rest

🧩 An AMS/ACE Pro system is not required: simply insert manual pauses in the indicated layers.
