Halloween: the night when adults with mortgages and high blood pressure dress up as skeletons and go beg the neighbors for candy. With dignity long gone, we needed a guardian worthy of the occasion, and here he is: an owl in a witch hat.

Huge eyes staring at you like the coworker in a meeting when you say “let’s take a quick step back”, feathers sculpted one by one, and a pointed hat complete with a buckle.

Hedwig delivered the mail at Hogwarts, but this one clearly made it big: he switched industries and took the wardrobe too.

Athena had a little owl as her mascot and passed for the goddess of wisdom. This one may not be wise, but it has far more style.

Of course it’s a lamp. Underneath there’s a hole for a small led light: switch it on and the eyes light up and stare at you from the dark like they know who ate the last slice of cake. At its current size it fits a 1.5cm led light. If you want a standard 4.5cm one, just scale the model: it’s high definition, so it can grow as much as you like without losing a single feather. An owl for every size of living room. A single printed piece: zero assembly.
