The Ultimate 100% Printed Nozzle Wiper
After extensive searching for a well designed nozzle wiper, i could not find one i was happy with. So i took on the challenge of designing and printing my own nozzle wiper. After many versions and failed attempts i have finally come up with the ultimate design. This is designed for use with 95A TPU for the replaceable brushes, and PETG for the holder. I design this in a way so that the brushes slide into the housing they are slightly wider than they need to be to allow a slight trim to get a snug fit in order to account for slight differences between machines. This design completely replaces the original wiper and slides on in its place. Since making and replacing i no longer get dreaded globs when used for multi-color prints. It does an excellent job cleaning the nozzle and the best part is it costs next to nothing to make and you can re-print replacement brushes in less then 10 minutes.
