Description

The Design

Here we have my Vortex Flow Sculpture.

I originally created this back in 2024 after being inspired by the sculpture wonder by Tom Lawton.

It shows two connected spirals that travel in opposing directions. When rotated it can give the illusion of the spirals travelling in opposing directions.

The dimensions are approximately: 93mm Diameter by 179mm height.

Let me know if you experience any issues.

Printing

I have used custom supports to try and get the right balance of speed and reliability.

Other than that standard setting should work fine to print.

Once printed let the build plate cool before trying to remove.

Please be very careful when removing the supports as the sculpture can be quite fragile

My Work

Thank you to everyone who has and is supporting me in my design work, when my 8-5 engineering job ended a year ago i never expected to be able to design almost full time, and its all thanks to you!

That said to stay full time i need your ongoing support with likes and downloads Thank you again!
