Croozer-squeakEX

fully remooves the squeaking noise and play of a worn out alxle atachment point of your Croozer Kid plus
After now three years of good use of our Croozer kid plus my wife noticed a squeaking sound coming from the back.
when we checked the issue we quickly found the connection point (locking pin, hole and axle rest) has worn out leaving us with some play which eventually started to make squeaking noises. I designed this part to shim this gap and give the axle an overall better resting position. This prevented the axle from squeaking while remooving all the play there is.
- no more visible gap between locking pin and axle.
- much firmer connection of the axle
- no more squeaking sound.
I printed this from PLA at 50% infill which is sturdy enough only time will tell if if eventually the squeaking returns but for now there is nothing to hear for a week so im confident. a good solution would be to testprint this from PLA and see if it helps. if it does help, you might want to consider printing it from some tougher material which i currently do not posess
i think this is a verry speciffic issue I would be stunned if this receives a single download or review.
im curious to see.
please note just because this worked for us does not mean this will 100% work four you as well. please check if you have the same issue as theese irritating noises theoretically can come from anywhere.
