3D printable enclosure designed for housing and protecting a 36V transformer or power supply unit. The design features honeycomb ventilation panels for efficient passive cooling, a removable screw-mounted lid, and an optimized internal layout for cable management and component mounting.

Recommended Materials:

• ✅ ABS – good thermal and mechanical resistance
• ✅ ASA – recommended for high-temperature resistance
• ⚠️ Minimum required: PETG
• PLA is not recommended due to the heat generated around transformers and power supplies.

Recommended Print Settings:

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 30–40%
• Minimum 4 outer walls
• Enclosure recommended for ABS/ASA printing
• Recommended nozzle size: 0.4 mm or larger
