Bone Wagon

Description

Bone Wagon is a gothic Halloween hearse toy car: coffin-shaped hood, skull grille with glowing eyes, bone exhausts, gothic arched windows, rear lanterns and a winged skull emblem on the roof. It prints in 18 parts that snap together with press-fit pins — no glue, no screws — and the wheels really roll.

WHAT YOU GET

• 18 STL parts, all watertight single bodies, verified with zero interference in the assembled position.

• 27 pin-and-socket joints with 0.2 mm diametral clearance, measured on the final files.

• A full-car STL to preview the assembly, plus GLB files with colours.

• Step-by-step assembly guide with a picture for every step.

• Colour guide: which filament each part uses and which details to paint.

• Ready-to-print 3MF projects for the Anycubic Kobra S1 (supports, 3 walls, 20 % infill, filaments assigned per part).

SIZE

220 × 107 × 145 mm assembled. Largest part is the body at 200 mm, so it fits a 220 mm bed.

PRINTING

• PLA, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.20 mm layers, 3 walls, 20 % infill.

• Tree supports: most parts have pins pointing down; the supports touch faces that are hidden after assembly.

• Elephant-foot compensation 0.15 mm recommended so the sockets keep their size.

• Do not scale the parts: scaling changes the pin clearance.

• Three colours: black (body, chassis, hood, axles), bone white (skulls, exhausts, emblem, hub caps) and orange (wheels, bumper). Print one colour per plate — about 20 hours and 425 g of PLA in total on a Kobra S1.

ASSEMBLY

Push the pins in straight by hand, never with force. If a pin is too tight, sand its tip; if too loose, a drop of glue in the socket. If several pins come out tight or loose, it is your printer's tolerance: a calibration bar is included to measure it.

Designed as a procedural Blender model and exported with an exact mesh pipeline, so every part is a clean solid. Happy Halloween!
