Description
You know that moment after your coffee?
You’re happy, energized, ready to conquer the world… then you remove the capsule and it starts peeing water everywhere.
You throw it in the sink to let it drain?
Too bad you also use the sink to wash your hands, dishes, and self-esteem… result: the capsule gets wet again, you forget it there, you stack 5, 10, 20 of them and your sink turns into a water park for trash.
If instead you throw it straight into the trash: surprise! You end up with a dry waste bag that feels like a Capri-Sun pouch.
And that’s where he enters the scene: Capsule Drainer Box, also known as “the box that saves your life (and your trash bag)”.
How it works:
- Put the used capsules into the box.
- The holes in the main container let them drain.
- The water ends up in the bottom reservoir.
- The capsules stay dry, isolated, dignified.
- When they’re dry → throw them away. The end. Applause. Oscar.
Parts:
- Lid: because even capsules deserve privacy.
- Perforated container: where capsules rest while losing their liquid sins.
- Bottom reservoir: collects all the dirty water so it doesn’t go around your kitchen.
In short: it’s not an object, it’s group therapy for traumatized coffee capsules.
Who is this actually for?
- Anyone who uses capsule coffee machines (so: everyone).
- People who hate dirty sinks.
- Anyone who has sworn at least once because of a soaked dry trash bag.
- People who want to feel organized, even if they’re not.
Printing specifications
- Material: PETG is recommended, it lasts longer in contact with water (PLA cries. PETG goes to the gym.)
- Model height: ~18 cm once fully assembled (Yes, size matters. This time for real.)
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm (The default one. Like the main character in every movie.)
- Layer height: 0.16 mm (Because 0.28 is for barbarians.)
- Supports: Required for lid and middle box (Gravity is a thing. Sadly.)
- Infill: 8% (It’s a drainer, not a nuclear bunker.)
- Fuzzy Skin: Not required, but if used, only on outer walls for better looks (Make it sexy, but not weird.)
- Filament used: ~650 g including supports (Yes, it eats filament. Like me at a buffet.)
- Print time: ~28 hours (By the time it’s done, you’ll have at least 30 wet capsules.)
It won’t improve your coffee taste.
It won’t fix your life choices.
It won’t help you find love.
But it will stop you from throwing water into your dry trash.
