Custom integrated 10mm spacer for Supersix Evo Gen3 and Bontrager RSL bar

Designed around using an internal structural carbon spacer, this is simply an aesthetic shroud to visually integrate the bar and frame. Intended to use a carbon spacer with an outer diameter of 31.2mm. This outer shroud is intended to be free floating and to rotate with the bars. The cutout in the front is to enable internal routing of the hydraulic and mechanical cables.

I printed this is carbon filled PETG, but really any filament could be used as it is purely aesthetic. I would recommend a material with decent temperature resistance though.
