Enhanced Battery Holders with Easy-Access Slot

You can print all the parts in your preferred size: AA or AAA.

Preparation:

Using needle-nose pliers, carefully twist and remove the built-in support. Start at the outer edges and work inward, flattening it out as you proceed.

Assembly:

• Glue the front and back to one side, attaching piece by piece.
• Apply glue to the other panel to mount the second side.
• Quickly slide in the backplate until it snaps into place around the front end.
• Tip: Store your CA glue in the fridge and apply generously to avoid premature setting.

Optional: Adding the letters in a contrasting color enhances the design and adds a bit of flair.

Slicing Tips:

For a quick and cost-effective print, try 2 perimeters, no infill, and a 0.25mm DRAFT profile. This approach produces a sturdy, functional result. Example shown in Galaxy Black and Simply Green filament.
