Glass bottle Buffalo Bills Drink Koozie

Go Bills! This beverage koozie is designed to fit a standard American glass beer bottle. I make it with TPU (Shore hardness 95A).

Organic supports for the symbol. You can try it without supports, I just do it to be on the safe side of quality.

There is an HRM from 3mm-119mm to insert a 0% infill modifier on those heights for good flexibility and insulative air gap.

The bottom 3 mm have 8% Honeycomb infill for durability between the glass bottle and the bottom surface of the koozie.

There is a hole in the bottom to help with bottle sweat run off as well as suction and ease of removing the koozie when your bottle needs to be swapped out for a refill of health points.

My Kobra 3 only prints one color of TPU on the external spool, so I paint the logo with Lefranc Bourgeois Vinyl Paint and matte varnish. The other solution I have found to painting TPU is using automotive vinyl spray paints. The colors are limited, it's very flexible, dries nearly instantly but..... it's a spray paint :(
