Hua Hua Miao - Portable Electronic Piano 花花喵-便携电子琴

设计理念：Design Concept:

今天带来的是一款花花喵-便携电子琴的设计。

Today, I’d like to introduce the design of the Flower Cat Portable Electronic Keyboard.

最开始也是想便捷，尝试过翻盖设计，滑盖设计，推盖设计，总觉得不够简单、不易于打印的话，反而变得有些多余了。

所以转变思路就想不如把这款琴做得更可爱一些，无论是大朋友或者小朋友或者是热爱粉色的猛男们，都会被这款琴吸引住，采用了粉色和白色围绕的主体设计，暖色看上去也会温暖一些，并且围绕着小猫展开设计，猫咪实在是太可爱了 哈哈哈。

然后想的不仅是能演奏的电子琴，更想当作摆件，即使看到心情就会好上一些呢~

Initially, the goal was to make it portable. I experimented with flip, slide, and push-open designs, but they all felt overly complicated and not print-friendly, which ended up making them seem somewhat redundant.

So, I shifted my approach and thought—why not make this keyboard even cuter? Whether it’s for adults, children, or pink-loving tough guys, everyone would be drawn to this design. I went with a pink and white color scheme for the main body, as warm tones tend to feel cozier. The design revolves around a cute little cat—because cats are just too adorable, haha.

I wanted it to be not just a playable electronic keyboard, but also a decorative piece—something that lifts your mood just by looking at it.

所以我就把小猫的脑袋放大，大到塞得下所有的坏心情，以及那个音响套件 哈哈哈

按键设计为伸出的猫爪爪的造型，想象每一次按动琴键都是和小猫的一次握手。

天气也渐渐变冷了，琴身中间的横条+猫爪按键整个模拟围巾的感觉，将它提前套到了小猫的脖子上，这样小猫也不怕冷啦~

最后考虑到便携性可能会随身携带，所以设计了一个环可以绑上绑带，这样塞包里、拎着或套在手上，随时随地拿着玩的时候也不用担心跌落啦~ 

That’s why I enlarged the cat’s head, making it big enough to hold all your bad moods… and the speaker module, too, haha~

The keys are designed to look like little outstretched cat paws—imagine each press as a handshake with the kitty.

As the weather gets colder, the horizontal bar across the middle of the keyboard, together with the paw-shaped keys, mimics a scarf—already wrapped around the cat’s neck so it won’t catch a chill.

Finally, considering its portability, I added a ring so you can attach a strap. That way, whether you toss it in your bag, carry it around, or wear it on your wrist, you can play anytime, anywhere without worrying about dropping it.

尺寸说明：长 172mm 宽 132mm  高 42mm

打印设置：打印时长：14h，层高：0.20mm，填充密度：15%，打印材料：PLA，多色打印

支撑说明：电子琴顶面外壳和背面外壳中电池盒需要添加支撑（阈值角度20°，顶部Z距离0.16mm、顶面接触面层数4 、支撑/模型XY间距0.5mm），支撑易拆。

平台附着：确保打印板足够干净，附着力更好，获得更好的呈现效果。

Size Description: Length 172mm, Width 132mm, Height 42mm

Print settings: Print duration: 14h, layer height: 0.20mm, fill density: 15%, printing material: PLA, multi-color printing

Support instructions: The battery box in the top and back shells of the electronic keyboard requires additional support (threshold angle of 20 °, top Z-distance of 0.16mm, number of layers of top contact surface 4, support/model XY spacing of 0.5mm), and the support is easy to remove.

Platform attachment: Ensure that the printing board is clean enough, has better adhesion, and achieves better presentation effects.

1. 固定喇叭（4颗螺丝）、琴键板（2颗螺丝），并连接两根线，箭头所示

1.Fix the speaker (4 screws) and the keypad (2 screws), then connect the two cables as indicated by the arrows.

2. 把电池盒固定在后盖卡槽里（2颗螺丝）。

2.Secure the battery compartment into the slot on the back cover (2 screws).

3. 固定前后外壳（4颗螺丝）。

3.Assemble the front and rear housing (4 screws).

4. 固定电池盒盖子（1颗螺丝）。

4.Fix the battery compartment cover (1 screw).
