Mounjaro 5th Dose Adapter - Reuse Pin

This project allows you to extract the fifth remaining dose from the Mounjaro KwikPen. The plunger is designed to reuse the original push pin, ensuring maximum strength and ease of printing in PLA. It includes external and internal guide grooves for inserting the pin and fitting it into the existing hole for a perfect fit.

Instructions for use

Disassembly: After the fourth dose, use pliers to unscrew the knob until the mechanism comes out.

Assembly: Insert the original pin into the 3D plunger (guided by the internal separator). Press firmly until the top part clicks into place.

Injection: Insert the new block into the pen, push the pin until it touches the internal rubber, and proceed with the injection.
