Plattform für 3D Scanner for light objects

I recently bought a Ferret Pro and created a platform for scanning models.

I’d greatly appreciate suggestions for improvements, as I’m still quite inexperienced when it comes to 3D scanning.

I’m using the Anycubic kit—grab it while it’s still available! If anyone uses different components, I’d appreciate an Amazon link so I can design compatible extensions. Some parts of the kit are standard and might be available elsewhere.

Each platform has a chessboard pattern that can be colored, but it’s also possible to add points using a slicer.

I’ve developed several prototypes. The version with ball bearings on the platform worked best for me.

Versions:

1. Kit with ball bearings on the platform: This version has been the most effective for me.

2. Steel balls (10 mm): The platform uses 40 or 20 purchased steel balls.

3. Printed balls: Balls are printed directly with the platform. However, they were never consistent. If someone manages to improve this, great!

4. Ball bearings at the control unit: An alternative where the bearings are attached to the control unit.

If anyone has additional ideas, feel free to share them!

Ich habe mir eine Ferret Pro gekauft und dazu eine Plattform für das Scannen von Modellen erstellt.

Über Vorschläge zur Verbesserung freue ich mich sehr, da ich im Bereich 3D-Scanning noch wenig Erfahrung habe.

Zum Einsatz kommt das Anycubic-Kit – greift zu, solange es noch verfügbar ist! Sollte jemand andere Komponenten nutzen, wäre ich dankbar für einen Amazon-Link, damit ich passende Erweiterungen dafür gestalten kann. Einige Teile des Kits sind Standard und daher möglicherweise auch anderswo erhältlich.

Jede Plattform ist mit einem Schachmuster versehen, das eingefärbt werden kann. Alternativ lassen sich auch mit einem Slicer Punkte hinzufügen.

Ich habe mehrere Prototypen entwickelt. Am besten funktioniert für mich die Version mit Kugellagern an der Plattform.

Versionen:

1. Kit mit Kugellagern an der Plattform: Diese Variante hat sich für mich als am effizientesten erwiesen.

2. Stahlkugeln (10 mm): Die Plattform wird mit 40 oder 20 gekauften Stahlkugeln genutzt.

3. Gedruckte Kugeln: Kugeln werden direkt mit der Plattform gedruckt. Allerdings waren diese nie gleichmäßig. Wer das besser hinbekommt, hat einen Vorteil.

4. Kugellager an der Steuerung: Eine Alternative, bei der die Lager an der Steuerung angebracht werden.
