Description

Sign for the mailbox or the frontdoor.

 

Every letter takes exactly 16mm of space, so scale the length to fit amount of letters and numbers, in my example i'll be writing “NIELSEN” 7*16mm = 112mm.

I used 0.2 mm layer height, 2 walls and 100% infill on all parts, and used normal print speed for the letters.

 

Everything should fit pretty good but since every printer is'nt the same, you might have to sand the letter peices if they don't fit. Glue can be added to the end pieces but in my case it is'nt necessary

 

Color change for letters:

black color from layer height 0.0 - 2.0mm

white color from layer height 2.2 - 3.0mm

 

Secure the sign with double sided tape, and make you to use a clean and dry surface.
