一、产品概述

本款内置干燥盒为ACE2 PRO 设备专属定制，（ACE PRO是否可以使用没有测试，希望有的朋友可以帮助测试一下）。依托设备背部闲置空间做嵌入式一体化设计，不占用额外空间。产品可容纳约300g分子筛干燥剂，在完全不遮挡设备前方视野、不影响设备正常使用的前提下，实现耗材长效防潮干燥，有效解决设备耗材干燥续航短、湿度易超标等问题。

二、产品优势

1. 极致空间利用率：贴合ACE2 PRO机身结构设计，专属内嵌式安装，无外凸结构，不遮挡设备正面视线，不影响设备原有使用功能与外观。

三、打印制作建议

1. 材质要求：建议采用PETG及以上高耐热材质打印制作，耐高温、不易变形，适配设备烘干工作环境，使用寿命更长。

2. 打印工艺：模型结构优化，全程无需打印支撑，打印成功率高、成型效果好。

四、安装与使用说明

1. 结构设计：干燥盒采用分体式双段结构，配备两种封装使用方案，适配不同使用需求。方案一：两段盒体独立安装使用；方案二：通过专用衔接件将两段盒体拼接为整体一体式盒体。

2. 安装方式：产品为免打孔简易安装设计，直接放置于设备背部对应位置即可正常使用。若需提升稳固性，可搭配双面胶带辅助固定，安装牢固、不易松动。

1. Product Overview

This built-in desiccant box is custom-designed exclusively for the ACE2 PRO. （The compatibility with ACE PRO has not been tested. We welcome users with an ACE PRO to conduct tests and share feedback.）It adopts an embedded integrated design by utilizing the idle space at the rear of the device without occupying extra space. The product can hold approximately 300 grams of molecular sieve desiccant. It realizes long-term moisture-proof and drying of consumables without blocking the front view or affecting the normal use of the device, effectively solving the problems of short drying duration and easy humidity exceeding standard for device consumables.

1. Ultimate Space Utilization: Designed to fit the structural features of the ACE2 PRO body with a dedicated embedded installation. No protruding structure, no obstruction to the front view of the device, and no impact on the original functions and appearance of the device.

2. Long-term Humidity Control & Drying: Filled with 300g molecular sieve desiccant, it can stably maintain the internal humidity of the device below 20%RH for a long time. After each device drying cycle, it can greatly extend the dry storage time of consumables and completely solve the pain points of short drying validity and easy moisture return of consumables.

3. 3D Printing Guidelines

1. Material Requirements: It is recommended to print with PETG or higher heat-resistant materials. The material features high temperature resistance and non-deformation, adapting to the device drying working environment and ensuring longer service life.

2. Printing Process: Optimized model structure, no support required for printing, featuring high printing success rate and excellent forming effect.

4. Installation & Instructions

1. Structural Design: The desiccant box adopts a two-piece split structure with two optional packaging schemes for different usage scenarios. Scheme 1: The two box sections are installed and used independently; Scheme 2: The two sections are spliced into an integrated box with a dedicated connector.

2. Installation Method: Adopting a punch-free and easy-to-install design, the product can be used normally by directly placing it in the corresponding position at the rear of the device. For higher stability, double-sided tape can be used for auxiliary fixation to ensure firm installation without loosening.

五、注意事项

1. 干燥剂装填量请勿超过300g，过量装填会导致盒体闭合不严、影响设备散热及控湿效果。

2. 建议定期检查分子筛干燥剂状态，若干燥剂失效、吸潮饱和，需及时更换，保障控湿效果。

3. 安装及拆卸过程中请勿大力磕碰、弯折盒体，避免结构变形影响适配精度与使用稳定性。

4. 仅适配ACE2 PRO设备专用，请勿安装于其他型号设备，避免尺寸不符、影响设备正常运行。

5. 若使用双面胶带固定，粘贴前需清理设备粘贴区域的灰尘、污渍，保证粘贴牢固，避免脱落。

5. Precautions

1. Do not fill more than 300g of desiccant. Overfilling may cause poor box closure and affect the heat dissipation and humidity control effect of the device.

2. Inspect the status of the molecular sieve desiccant regularly. Replace the desiccant in a timely manner if it fails or becomes moisture-saturated to ensure stable humidity control performance.

3. Avoid violent collision or bending of the box during installation and disassembly to prevent structural deformation, which may affect fitting accuracy and service stability.

4. This product is exclusively designed for the ACE2 PRO device only. Do not install it on other device models to avoid size mismatch and abnormal device operation.

5. If fixed with double-sided tape, clean dust and stains on the bonding area of the device before pasting to ensure firm adhesion and prevent falling off.
