- Design Note: The blade edge and handle geometry are fully self-supporting when oriented correctly.
- Orientation: Print the blade and handle flat on their side faces. Print the hex-locking pin flat on the bed.
- Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.2mm (A lower layer height is recommended for the blade to ensure a sharper scraping edge).
- Wall Loops: 4 to 5 loops. (Essential for the structural strength of the scraper and handle durability).
- Infill: 20% - 25% (Gyroid).
- Material: PETG or Tough PLA. (PETG is highly recommended for its flexibility and durability when scraping).
