Little Dr's Play Set

Step into a world of imagination with this meticulously designed six-piece junior doctor's play set, engineered specifically to spark joy while keeping safety at the forefront. Every single item in this collection features rounded edges to ensure it is completely safe for younger children during their medical adventures. The star of the show is the realistic stethoscope, which utilises flexible PETG for the neck piece so it comfortably conforms to little bodies, paired with a TPU tube for that perfect, bendy realism. The scissors have been cleverly engineered so they never fully close, preventing any accidental pinching on small fingers. For the little surgeon, the included scalpel is entirely blunted and rounded. Interactive elements bring the set to life, including an articulated syringe with a smooth plunging action, a classic reflex hammer, and a clever thermometer with an articulated trigger. Simply attach a small rubber band to the internal pegs, and you will watch the trigger snap right back into position.

All the individual components are designed to snap-fit together seamlessly. However, because peace of mind is paramount when it comes to children, adding a quick dab of child-safe glue to the smaller parts will guarantee they stay permanently attached during rigorous play sessions. Whilst there are no children in our household to test the final prototype, my wife happily enlisted our beloved furry baby as her patient for a thorough, and incredibly heartwarming, role-play testing session. This set balances mechanical cleverness with absolute safety, making it the perfect weekend print for the little professional in your life.
