Ultimate Speed 500533 Hydraulic Trolley Jack – TPU Replacement Handle Clips

REPLACEMENT CLIPS

This is a 3D-printable replacement clip for the Ultimate Speed Hydraulic Trolley Jack 500533.

One of the original handle clips on my trolley jack broke during normal use. Instead of replacing the complete jack or searching for an unavailable spare part, I measured the original component and designed a new replacement clip that can be easily reproduced with a standard FDM 3D printer.

The design follows the original clip geometry and mounting position and provides a simple and practical solution for replacing broken or missing clips.

WHY I MADE THIS

The original clip is a small component, but once it breaks, the handle can no longer be stored and secured correctly.

Rather than replacing an otherwise functional trolley jack because of a small plastic part, I designed a replacement that can be printed whenever needed.

The model was developed from the original clip and specifically designed for the Ultimate Speed 500533 trolley jack shown in the reference photos.

WHY TPU?

TPU was selected because the clip needs a certain amount of flexibility during installation.

The flexibility of TPU allows the clip to be installed onto the handle while maintaining its shape during normal storage and handling.

TPU 68D is recommended for this model.

PRINTING

Recommended material:

TPU 68D

Nozzle: 0.4 mm

Layer height: 0.20 mm

Infill: 100%

Walls: 3–4 walls recommended

Supports: NOT REQUIRED

Print orientation:

Print the clip flat on the build plate in the supplied orientation.

The model was designed specifically to be printed without supports, making it quick and easy to reproduce.

For best results, use dry TPU and a moderate printing speed.

TPU printing parameters may need to be adjusted depending on the printer, filament brand and filament condition.

PRINTING TIPS

• Use dry TPU

• Use a clean and properly prepared build surface

• Print at a moderate speed

• Make sure the TPU feeds smoothly through the extruder

• Use the temperature recommended by your filament manufacturer

• Check the first layer before printing multiple clips

After printing, allow the part to cool before removing it from the build plate.

INSTALLATION

The clip is designed to be installed directly onto the trolley jack handle.

No screws or additional hardware are required.

The flexible TPU material allows the clip to snap into position without disassembling the handle.

After installation, make sure the clip is properly seated and that the handle can be stored correctly.

WHAT YOU GET

The download contains the 3D model required to print the replacement handle clips.

You can print a single replacement clip or multiple clips at once.

If you want to replace the complete set, simply print the required number of copies.
