原创全 3D 打印双轴齿轮传动云台，采用俯仰 + 水平二维 42 步进电机驱动，大扭矩、高定位稳定性。 视觉相机与激光模组同轴安装，搭载 K230 视觉模块 + STM32 下位机，实现目标识别、坐标解算与闭环追踪；内置分段梯形加减速运动控制，自定义带 CRC 校验 UART 通信协议，当目标偏差达到阈值时自动触发 200ms 激光脉冲。 结构全部可 3D 打印，预留电路板、散热风扇、激光模块安装位，机械件一体化设计，装配简单。可作为激光灭蚊原型、果园驱鸟装置，也可作为嵌入式视觉伺服学习平台、桌面科技摆件，支持二次开发与功能拓展。提供完整打印模型，可选分体装配方案，推荐FDM 机型打印。
Visual Servo Laser Tracking Gimbal, fully 3D printable original design. This 2-axis gear-driven gimbal uses two NEMA17 stepper motors for pan & tilt movement. Camera and laser module are coaxial mounted. Equipped with K230 vision module and STM32 MCU, it can detect targets, calculate coordinate offset and perform closed-loop tracking. It adopts trapezoidal speed control algorithm and UART communication with CRC check. Laser pulse (200ms) will automatically fire when target offset meets threshold.
